LOCAIOS reads your documents and answers with cited sources, and not a single byte leaves your network.
Cloud AI tools send your privileged, confidential, and regulated data to servers you do not control. For any team handling privileged or regulated records, that is a nonstarter.
LOCAIOS keeps the model, the documents, and every answer on machines you own. It is a self-hosted assistant that reads the files you load, answers questions from them, and produces finished work, with no external cloud dependency for its core function.
The model, your files, and every answer stay inside your own infrastructure. There is no outbound call to a third-party AI service for LOCAIOS to do its job.
Every answer shows the documents it came from. LOCAIOS is built to say when it does not know, rather than fill the gap with something invented.
Each person reaches only the documents they are cleared to see. Access fails closed, so a gap denies rather than exposes.
Pull public information when you need it, without putting your client data into the search query.
Turn an answer into a Word, Excel, or PDF file, ready to send.
LOCAIOS is a monthly or annual service that runs on hardware in your own environment, so there is no per-token meter on how much your team uses it.
LOCAIOS can also draw on internal notes and knowledge your team saves inside it, with control over who can see each one, so answers reflect how your organization actually works, not only the documents you uploaded.
A local model is only as capable as the hardware under it. A modest server runs a capable assistant. A stronger machine runs a larger, sharper model and answers faster. You pick the balance that fits your work and your budget.
We deploy LOCAIOS on the machines you already run, tuned to what they can handle.
We assess what you want to run, source equipment that fits, and a LOCAIOS technician sets it up on-site.
We come to you, install LOCAIOS on hardware in your own environment, and configure it for your systems. There is nothing for your team to stand up.
Your files are loaded into the secure vault and indexed, so LOCAIOS answers from your own material. More can be added anytime.
People ask in plain language and get answers drawn from your documents, with the sources shown.
Privileged case files and client matters that cannot sit on someone else's model.
Patient records and clinical notes held under HIPAA and similar confidentiality duties.
Confidential filings, positions, and client records under strict data-handling rules.
Contracts, claims, and compliance documents spread across counterparties and jurisdictions.
Controlled and sensitive records that must stay inside approved environments.
Client financial records, returns, and audit files kept in strict confidence.
If your work runs on records that cannot go to a public cloud, LOCAIOS is built for it.
Because everything runs locally, LOCAIOS supports your data-residency and confidentiality requirements by design. That is a property of where the system runs, not a certificate claimed on this page. If you have a specific standard to meet, we can walk through how a local deployment maps to it.
Request a walkthrough and we will show LOCAIOS answering from a sample document set, fully local.
